TRICA product provides a little thermal interface function through the thickness (Z-axis) and distributes heat. TRICA materials consist of laminated graphite sheet and aluminum foil or copper foil, which provides excellent heat spread due to high thermal conductivity. TRICA Series has a adhesive layer for the purpose of easy installation which is filled with alumina powders.
